Gamestec Revamp Website To Showcase New Products

10/02/2010

Gamestec, the UK’s leading gaming machine operator, has redesigned its website to make it easier for its customers to view its product range and contact customer services.  The site, www.gamestec.co.uk, includes new machines unveiled at Preview and IGE and will constantly be updated with new products as the range develops throughout 2010.

The website features a marketing support area which offers customers tips about how to get the most from their machines and downloadable resources such as pool packs to help run tournaments and promotional posters.

A dedicated contact area for customers operating i-assist, Gamestec’s onsite service management system is currently under development.

Peter Davies, Business Development Director, said: “Gamestec has been transformed in the last three years and we needed to reflect those changes in a website that is easy to use and shows our customers exactly what we offer.  The new site makes clear what we can do to help the licensees or the facility managers provide their customers with exciting new games. It provides marketing information and tools to help staff manage machines and deliver real results to help their business.”

Steve Barber, Customer Relations Director at Gamestec, said: “The Customer Service section is an important part of building relationships with the people we work with every day. It allows us to answer many of the common questions we are asked as well as providing contact details if customers have more complex queries.  The new i-Assist portal, which is currently under development, will allow customers using the system to manage their machines more effectively and get the most out of the gaming estate on their site.”

The design and user friendly navigation system were produced by digital and design agency Nineyards Creative Communications.
