ByBox

ByBox Field Support has been working with Gamestec since 2007, providing a reliable pre 8am delivery service to a network of drop boxes around the UK for Gamestec engineers. ByBox provides a full track and trace of Gamestec parts via their Thinventory™ platform for stock held at the ByBox Coventry warehouse and the Gamestec Horsforth site. Any unsuitable parts such as Coin Mechanisms and Note Acceptors are returned via a Blackstripe™ service to the Repair Centre at ByBox Coventry to be repaired and put back into good stock. ByBox holds over 70% of the field service market and works with companies such as Fujitsu, Bunzl, KonicaMinolta and Coca Cola.

Chris Butler
Managing Director
Chris has spent his entire career in the machine industry. After starting out at Music Hire Group he moved on to enjoy a 20 year career at Barcrest via what is now Leisure Link.
Further challenges came with a 3-year stint at Punch and Spirit in charge of all gaming activities. In this period, Chris led the launch of a casino site and an internet poker room.
Chris’ experience encompasses all aspects of the machine world which gives an almost unique insight to the industry.

Peter Davies

Peter was formerly Director of Business Development at Games Media and is now responsible for developing commercial opportunities in both existing and emerging markets at Gamestec.
He oversees product research development, product marketing and business development across current and new market sectors.
Prior to joining Gamestec, Peter held positions at both Barcrest Group and Bass Leisure Ltd.

Paul Bowgett

Paul started his career at Music Hire Group, now Gamestec, and spent 3 years as Account Manager before moving to Monarch Machines as an Assistant Regional Manager. Two years later he joined Whitbread as a Regional Machine Manager for 17 years before joining Laurel Pub Co as e-Entertainment Manager.
Four years later Paul joined Greene King, before finally coming full circle when he joined Gamestec in October 2009 as Customers Relations Director.

Dr Neil Lancaster

Neil has over 20 years experience of working within HR and latterly he has occupied senior roles which focused on the benefits of Strategic HR, Talent Management, HR Transformation and Change Management.
Prior to Joining Gamestec, Neil was HR Transformation Director, for one of the UK's leading private companies.
Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Personnel and Development, has a Masters degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Andrew Brown
Finance Director
Andrew has been with Gamestec for the last
nine years. He previously worked as
a Management Accountant and then Financial
Controller before becoming Finance Director
in January 2007.
Previously to Gamestec Andrew worked in
the retail sector, spending a number of years
at Arcadia.

Peter Collinge
Operations Director
Peter joined Gamestec in March 2009 bringing
with him 26 years experience in the UK gaming
industry. He has held senior operational and
commercial management roles in casinos,
bingo operators and digital server-based
gaming operations.
Most recently he was Operations Director
at Games Media and Field Operations
Director of Leisure Link, part of the Inspired
Gaming Group.

Steve Barber

Steve has been with Gamestec for 14 years
in various senior commercial and operational
roles. Prior to joining Gamestec Steve spent
14 years at Stretton Leisure, once again
occupying senior positions within Sales
and Products.
Over the last 4 years Steve has developed

company and has now also taken
responsibility for all aspects of Gamestec
customer development.
