Ever
fancied getting to grips with one of FHM's beauties?
Well now thanks to Gamestec, the UK's leading
gaming and amusement machine operator, you can!
Gamestec has teamed up with up and coming game
developers BOO Innovations to launch the official
FHM game on Gamestec's flagship product the
Gamesnet.
The
new FHM branded quiz game is based on the best
selling men's magazine and features a selection
of some of the most popular FHM girls capturing
the essence of the brand.
FHM
is currently on trial throughout the UK on a
number of sites and initial feedback has indicated
that the game is performing particularly well.
Gamestec
recognise the potential for a game like FHM
within the market and believe that the game
already has a large ready-made audience, which
explains the games already phenomenal success.
Launched
in 1994, FHM is the biggest selling monthly
men's magazine in the UK and has a circulation
figure of over 420,000 and a readership of 3.5
million! The popular men's magazine is targeted
at 18-34 year olds, so the new game fits perfectly
with Gamestec's core target audience and Gamesnet
players.
The
official FHM game will be rolled out across
thousands of Gamestec sites early in the year
allowing FHM to reach its audience in an interactive
and entertaining way. As well as providing
the FHM brand with exposure in pubs across the
country, the game and Gamesnet will also be
marketed in FHM magazine.
Andrew
Hughlock of BOO Innovations said, "I'm extremely
pleased to be launching FHM on the Gamesnet
and look forward to working with Gamestec in
the future."
Rolf Nielsen, Managing Director at Gamestec,
added, "We are delighted to be given the opportunity
to launch such a well-known brand as FHM with
Boo Innovations and believe that this is a great
game for Gamestec to start the 2007 with. We
are sure that FHM is going to be a huge hit!"
